I was very nervous going in since I had some not great experiences at another place years ago in Greensboro NC. The moment I walked in I was taken care of with care. Everyone that talked with me listened carefully and was extremely pleasant. The PA was very nice and very thorough with my examination. I was at ease the entire time and especially when I was given a great report. I am very happy with my care here and will continue to go here for any future visits.

Cordial and Competent

I had to reschedule my routine 6 month f/u appointment. Online through My Novant, I was given a new appointment 5 months later, even after messaging back and forth. I messaged my provider who offered a work in appointment that would impact her break time, but I was going to be out of town. Finally, I called for an appointment directly and was seen that day.

Fast and friendly

I'm a new dermatology patient. When I called, available appointments were 6-10 months out. But the appointment clerk then asked why I was calling. When I said I had a lesion at a site of previous pre-cancer she said she would message the team and get back to me, which she did and I had an appointment within 2 days. The nurse who took me to the exam and took initial information was attentive and respectful. She even asked whether I would be comfortable taking off my shirt for the FNP to examine me. Stacey Edwards FNP was likewise attentive and explained her findings and recommended treatment well. She made sure all my concerns were addressed. I feel very confident in her care.

This was my first visit to this office. I found that Dr. Edwards was an excellent provider. I was there for an annual exam. She listened to all of my concerns and was careful to document my somewhat lengthy history for reference in future visits. She was very good at answering questions and giving treatment options. She is a great communicator, empathetic to patients needs and overall caring doctor.

The team was great. But I wanted to say that The Medical Assistant that I saw before the NP came in was amazing!!
