Joseph Stewart was very thorough in explaining the x-rays. He helped me to understand all my concerns and options going forward. I left greatly relieved and confident that I'm in good hands.

Provider was not knowledgeable. I heared “I Don’t Know” as an answer to my questions many many times. There was no doctor to make an appointment with or talk to at the time of visit in this facility. People who take pain pills for pain are not drug addicts and do not deserve to be treated as such.

Joseph Stewart was excellent! He was upbeat, listened carefully and thoroughly answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him!

The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and did not rush through the appointment. I was very pleased.

I am still in pain and the dr kinda rush through my visit, he didn’t want to give me and excuse for work bedsides 1 day, i wanted to go back to work however he did not help me like i thought he would, i am making another visit at another hospital but it want be Novant Health Spine Specialist.

Initially after injections left with list of meds but didn’t know what to do if I had side affects ,which I did… nurse line helpful but scared before I could get an answer and felt I was sent out of procedure without what to do if I had a problem with procedure…also was told to have recheck in 10 days but was scheduled a month out so was nervous and felt I had to deal with issues until I called back to get in sooner and it still was way after the timeframe for the recommended 10-12 days.. am doing well now but many issues on what meds to continue and was told to have my primary care doctor manage all of them for my condition…he was so helpful to continue my care as I was nervous as this procedure and problem was totally foreign to me… everyone nice at each visit Seemed therapist had no treatment plan for me and I was of no help to advise them other than any pain still remaining.. Am thankful I am feeling well and Dr was kind with injections and explained as she went…

Felt a little rushed wanted to get in a few other questions.

It was recommended that I get a cortisone injection in my spine for back pain. The doctor that gave me the shot did a fantastic job. I don’t have any back pain now. I am glad the VA sent me to Spine Specialist

All of your questions I wish I could have had the opportunity to have given higher marks. I was given a next day appointment even though they told me there wasn’t one. They were ready for me when I got there. The doctor was honest, recommended surgery, I suggested dry needling, he agreed and we will go from there. Great job!

Dr Stewart was awesome. He was very personable and genuine while allowing me to ask all of the questions I had. He reviewed all of my images and showed me the areas of concern. He was very thorough and gave me direction that if I follow, will help prevent the need for me to have surgery. I was extremely pleased with my visit.

This PA talked to my son in law and not to me. I was the patient. He was demeaning. I decided on another MD for treatment.

Very pleasant visit

I felt chastised, belittled and unimportant because my pcp referred me without all of his expectations for the visit being met prior. He was very irritated about that and took it out on me. I felt like a child that had gotten in trouble for something beyond my control which made me feel horrible. Being a professional means controlling your emotions. I will never come back to this office or recommend this office to anyone.

I was referred to this office in error, however I received information from Dr Steward that was very helpful. I usually research the referrals but because of my circumstances didn’t. But, I believe the appointment served me well in spite of the error. He is to the point and makes things plain.

Extremely professional and relaxed atmosphere. Very interested in how I was recovering and gave me some suggestions to help me in the rest of my recovery. I was very pleased with my appointment and the interest I was shown.
