Long wait in ER over 4hrs

This was my first visit seeing Carol and she was very personable and made me very comfortable. She also knew all about my history which was so welcoming.

Carol Romano is an excellent PA M. She is very thorough in caring for my needs.

I spent 3 hours in the ER Saturday night and needed to find out from my doctor what was happening. He was unavailable so I saw the NP. I came away not knowing and felt I was not important. In fact the doctor that I did not see didn’t want to see me for 6 months. ??????
