Dr. Karras and staff went out of the way to take care of my emergency . They were through and fast and covered all bases Friday afternoon. My emergency started on Wednesday and they were able to run all the tests necessary. Thanks again to all.

Dr Karras is a very knowledgeable doctor who provides relevant information about the results of the lab tests and my ongoing medical issues. I recently was diagnosed with severe plaque in my arteries (hardening of arteries) and proceeded to see a heart specialist and perform several tests including a stress test. Dr Karras was able to explain the results of all the tests performed and how they relate to my condition. It helped me to understand my condition and what actions I should take going forward. I feel lucky he is my family doctor.

Dr Dean Karras is the best General Practitioner I’ve ever had. When I moved to the area I did my research and picked him because of his reviews and back ground. I was very impressed so I called to see if he was taking patients and he was so I am blessed to have him and highly recommend him to anyone that needs a GP. My only complaint is that we waited one and a half hours to see the doctor. My mother, the patient has dementia and was so agitated from waiting that I could not help her. My blood pressure was through the roof when we left this appointment. Something needs to be done about these long wait times. It is totally unacceptable.

I am 71 and an RN. Dr. Karras is absolutely the BEST physician I have ever had in my 71 years . He is caring and extremely knowledgeable . He listens well, involves me in my care and knows when to refer me to a specialist . His excellent care has helped me stay out of the hospital several times . When I am hospitalized , he sees me there. I look up and there he is at 6:30 am to care for me ! They are few physicians who care so much and are so technically excellent . I wish there were many more like him !

My only concern is the way my blood pressure is taken. The hurried manor that it is taken is incorrect and gives a higher and inaccurate reading. The Assistant needs to worry less about saving a few minutes and have the patient settle into the chair ( in the exam room ) for a few minutes before the blood pressure is taken.

This was my yearly checkup from lab work one week to evg nurse work than see my primary care the next week. Everything went great and left there no stones unturned. My primarycare covered everything with me and answered all the questions I had for him.

Listened, trying everything possible to figure out what was wrong, did tests immediately - I couldn't ask for better service. Just wish we could have figured out what was going on in my body. His office even called next morning to check on me. Wish I could switch to him and I don't mean that as anything against my primary care physician but I was overwhelmed with his concerns. Extremely too long of a wait.. very frustrating. No one informed of delays. It was over an hour after appointment time that I was called back to a room. I thought I was forgotten since patients after me was taken back to the same providers rooms. Next time I will have the first appointment of the day to avoid this.
