Meredith Marshall is a phenomenal care provider. We absolutely adore her and trust her care, knowledge and recommendations. She listens, never makes me feel rushed and I feel like my kids are not just another time slot.

As a new patient, my first visit was amazing! Everyone was kind! Check-in, my intake nurse, Dr. Meredith Marshal, lab staff, and at check-out! The experience was what healthcare should be. Dr. Marshal REALLY LISTENED! I could tell she really cared for her patients and took time to get familiar with my medical history and weighed options with me going forward. She discussed options, weighed pro’s and cons for each, went over the best approach moving forward for now, but was serious about feedback from me and possible alternate routes if this regimen wasn’t working. I did not feel hurried or rushed by her, and certainly did not feel like “just a number on the appointment list” that needed to be crossed off! I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time to be called back, or put in an exam room for 30 minutes before being seen. Quite opposite! Dr. Marshal entered less than 5 minutes after the intake nurse left. Again, I want to express her taking the time to talk about my history as a new patient, and showed active listening during the exam by asking all the pertinent questions and really hearing me! She is absolutely wonderful and I’m so happy to have her as my Primary Doctor! Also, I have to give a shout out to their lab techs! They were all very nice, completely professional, organized, AND..the lovely young lady phlebotomist must have magical powers because I have NEVER experienced a painless blood draw/needle situation!!!!! I didn’t feel a thing! I think she might be a phlebotomy Jedi lol! SO HAPPY to have Dr. Marshal, this practice and their fantastic team take care of me!!
