For those of us who have numerous doctor’s appointments, it is such a joy and a wonderful experience to find your doctor to be the dream of amazing “bed side manner!” Dr. Thertulien entered the exam room with warmth, a smile and seemed to be truly happy to see me and was ready, right off the bat, to figure out my situation and help me. He very patiently, but with humor and respect, took much time to explain what he felt would be a good next step. We navigated the path together and I felt I had a part in the plan. I am impressed by Dr. Thertulian’s to use his expertise while making me laugh and feel like I was spoken with, not “at.” No pill for an ill - yes, a clear plan. I am confident he put my picture together and, together, we will come to the right diagnosis, treatment plan or best next step. Thank you, Dr. Thertulian, for a great first visit that calmed my fear and made me look forward to a diagnosis.

Dr. Thertulien has a strong accent and talked about my problems but I couldn’t understand what he was saying. So I left without knowing basically nothing!
