I’m thankful that Martha Brinsco is my provider. She’s a wonderful listener and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. She’s kind and reassuring. Everyone else in the practice that I have met has also been courteous and friendly. And hold on to the person who took my blood. He’s a gem!!!

The receptionist was over the top helpful and friendly! I’m new to Medicare (and in denial that I’m actually on Medicare) didn’t know what medical card(s) I should have. She asked questions and did some research and found that I had a valid Medicare card, she gave me my account number and what number I should call to get a replacement card. That’s going way above and beyond in my book, she could have just blown me off but didn’t.

I felt that what I had to discuss about my current situation was considered important to her. She listened and recommended a plan for me to follow.
