I have always been very comfortable around Dr. Kramer. He is thorough and quick ( as in following his plan of discovery and action.) he has proven many times over that his knowledge is valuable. I’m afraid one day his type of care giving will give way to impersonal and flaw filled doctoring. The staff at this location has always been its feather In the hat. It always comes back , however, to Dr. Kramer. In spite of a knee operation and gall bladder issues I’m sure we’re very important to him, he still raised my spirits and administered excellent care. A rare and gracious individual that always puts his patient first. Thank you Dr. Kramer and thank you Novant health.

Everyone at this office exemplifies true caring and professionalism. And a thoroughly clean environment.

I don’t feel that my mother is getting the best care. She is demented and weak and the hospital let her go home. She goes from 1 to 10 in seconds if she gets agitated. That could look like me driving her and her seeing one small container and not being able to get over it until it is throw in the garbage. She needs some medication to calm her down. Her sister takes medication and both of her daughters take it too, to keep their mood more stable. I addressed this issue to the nurse practitioner but since everyone is scared of my mother due to her temper nothing has been resolved.

Great yearly visit

My wife and I have been patients at this practice for about ten years and cannot fathom ever going any where else. Dr. Kramer and his crew are extremely professional, personable, caring, sympathetic and willing to go above and beyond what the care might call for. They remain accessible and follow up after the visit. We live in Monkey Junction, so the practice is not right around the corner but again, we would never consider changing our primary care physician.

Wonderful experience

The waiting area chairs are torture, hard and uncomfortable with zero back support! We sat on them for 45 mins, and both my daughter and my backs were killing us then and the next day. NEED NEW CHAIRS!
