I was very impressed with Stacy the NP who saw me.

This provider knows me, my health issues my situation better than any PC giver I have ever known. I am totally comfortable with her and her staff. I never doubt her judgement and she has never been one to sugarcoat something. She is also always professional but is compassionate.

The support staff is wonderful as well, especially the one that does the blood work, and also, those who welcome the patients in the door. They have my trust and are highly interested in the well being of not only myself, but others as I have observed over time. The community thinks so highly of this office.

Stacy Hill is very thorough in her questions and exams and takes time to look at your chart before she sees you and takes time to listen to your concerns.

Stacy Hill, NP, has worked harder than any doctor I’ve ever had to better address my health issues. She listens, asks pertinent questions, and listens again. Ms Hill isn’t satisfied with this patient having a “fair” result from medication; she wants the “best possible” result. She has altered dosages, suggested change in meds, listened to my inquiry about add-on meds and prescribed as appropriate. When a med doesn't help or isn’t tolerated, she immediately seeks a new approach to help me. Ms Hill is very thorough in explaining why she chooses one med instead of another and makes sure I understand how to take the medication correctly as well as anything I should avoid. She always says, at the end of the visit, “ if you have any questions or problems, please call me.” She is encouraging, very dedicated and I know she cares about my quality of life.

Arcadia Family medicine is absolutely the best and only place, I will ever go to for my health care needs. Stacey Hill is Absolutely Amazing!!! She Seriously is THE BEST!! She has taken care of me for as long as I can remember. I refuse to see any one but Her!! She is always on point with my health care needs. There truly is no one like her!! She Cares about her patient's. The other ladies there are wonderful people as well. You truly will not find anyone better than Stacy Hill!

The NP I saw I saw many years ago in my PCP office. She moved to another practice closer to her home. The new NP I had also left the PCP practice and I had a horrible experience with them after that. I called the office my original NP/Stacy Hill was now seeing patients I got in and it was a great to see her again and I had a fantastic visit. I should have followed her when she moved years ago. Wherever she goes I will definitely follow her.

They have such a great staff and my nurse was good and the Dr was good and the other staff was great I like going to see my Dr and staff they get a Gold Star
