Everyone from the people at the front desk to the nurses and doctor are wonderful. If I had a complaint it would be about the Novant My Chart system. For the most part having everything on-line is a big step forward, but the responses are mostly automated boilerplate comments. I had several results all of which had the exact same unhelpful comments forcing me to read them. This is not a reflection of the doctor and staff as they have to use what they are told but I have no other way to provide feedback on the "system". Thanks.
