Always a pleasure when visiting with Maria.

This was my first experience with this facility and with Dr. Crandall. The entire staff was friendly,courteous, and very helpful.

I am waiting for a different doctor to send results to Maria. When she gets the Information, I can follow her advice. But I don’t want to do anything until she sees the results.

Dr. G was attentive, listened to me, and offered additional tests based on my concerns. Most important, I didn't feel patronized.

Dr Crandall and the staff here are always professional, kind, and helpful. I appreciate all of them!

Awesome service.

The five individuals I interacted with were all 5 stars. The front receptionist, the nurse who brought me to the room,,,my nurse practitioner for exam. The phlebotomist for the labs (Most pain, free, free stick I have ever had) And the wonderful person upon my exit scheduling follow up meetings… I am a RN also, who realizes how challenging these roles can be. Everyone did their role flawlessly and with a smile.

I am a nurse of 35 years and it takes a lot to impress me. But I was very impressed that Maria had taken the time to thoroughly review my record since this was my first visit and seemed very knowledgeable about my previous conditions. I felt that she personalized my visit and didn’t spend the whole visit referring to the computer. Most impressive!

I had 3 areas of concern & questions & Dr Crandall listened to my concerns & provided solutions for them.

Office staff was very polite and professional. Dr. Crandall and her assistant was very polite and professional as well. Dr. Crandall listened to my issues and made a quick decision on a path of recovery. The office was very clean and I will definitely be using this office more in the future.

As is typical with medical field today, there’s nothing personal about this visit or any other visit. My primary care physician doesn’t know the first thing about me. It’s become a business where you fill out forms and process patients.

I have been seeing Dr Marie Crandall since 2018 and she has alway taken care of my wife and I . She goes beyond the call of her position calling after hrs to check in on us. I have several doctors who I see due to my illnesses and I feel assured Dr Crandall is someone who I can depend on with my care. We’re grateful to have her.
