I was very impressed with the whole staff. Was checked in quickly and called back for my appointment on time. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Dr Fennell was very inviting and was eager to learn how he could help me. He listened then diagnosed my problem and gave me a treatment right then. He was able to relieve my pain in 10 minutes and I had been in pain for the previous 3 weeks sometimes having trouble walking. I am so grateful for everyone there and will highly recommend to all of my friends who are also very active and have injures from time to time. I could not have had a better experience at a doctors visit. Great job!!

All staff members were efficient, kind, and generous with their time. Dr. Fennell was excellent with all the x-rays, knowledge and advice on what the exact problem is, what I am to expect, and what plans need to be made.

Great experience from start to finish. Most importantly, I received treatment and a plan to resolve my painful issue. I left the building feeling better.

I can definitely depend on Dr Fennel to do he can if possible. Unfortunately in my case the end results will be surgery. However I am looking forward to no pain recurring. I spoken with a couple ladies that have had the same surgery by the same doctor I was referred to by Dr Fennel. And they expressed to me that he's very good and pesonalble and they have been doing great and feeling great since their surgery. I actually met these ladies at a park back in May. What a coincidence!!

Dr Phennell was. Rey professional and addressed all of my concerns & devised a plan to help get me back on the road to recovery & pain free after being in chronic pain for 20 weeks !

I felt like a was ViP and felt extremely comfortable Dr Fennell listened to every word I had to say!

My knees have been bothering me for almost 6 month's now. Dr. Fennell explained why I was having the pain and then addressed my worst knee by giving me a shot of cortisone. Three days later, I'm pain free for the first time in 6 month. I'm so grateful.

It was great that the entire team was very attentive and most importantly, respectful and friendly, and my doctor listened to my problems and answered me without getting bored. I felt special and satisfied with the answers I received regarding my problems.

Dr. Fennel was very kind to work Mom in after she fell the same morning. He also addressed issues about why she may have fallen and the need for good nutrition and exercise. He also provided a prescription for physical therapy.

The staff and Dr. were personable and really good and spent ample time and attention to my problem.

I feel like all of my needs were addressed and taken care of.

They were so nice and polite to my needs. Also, they went straight to the problem and gave me the solution very quickly. I love it that will definitely go back.

This doctor had excellent skills in listening and communicating with a patient. He modeled for me how to use my cane correctly. I had additional questions regarding my hip and l received great feedback from his staff member Tony.

All staff , MD , Trainer , all office personnel were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They were top knotch!!I could not have asked for better service!

All of the staff was very welcoming and engaged with me at every point. The assistant and doctor were both very knowledgeable and explained everything to me when I had questions and made me feel a lot better about what is going on. I will continue using Novant health for my needs :)
