My experience at the Hematology Center and with Dr. Dugan was much more than I expected. From check in to taking vitals to having lab work the procedures went smoothly and everyone was kind and considerate. I cannot say enough about Dr. Dugan. He was very informative and explained my diagnosis fully in words I understood. He patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Dugan treated me with respect and kindness. I am comforted knowing he is my doctor.
