The Spine Specialist team is very knowledgeable, careful, and caring.

My experience was positive overall. My only complaint if you will is the approach of the doctor that gave me the spinal epidural steroid shoot. When he was done I felt more like answering: moooo to his: are you ok question. I felt like cattle. Doctors can be very cold at times and forget the human being behind the procedure. Thank you.

All the people who work there are kind, friendly, always attentive to what I need, and I make my appointments. The doctor, who has been the same since I started my treatment, carefully explains the treatment to me and always asks me if I am okay, if I need anything, and in the end he always waits to see that I am okay. The nurse who assists him is very kind and also asks me how I am in addition to keeping me calm. and the person who operates the x-ray machine is very patient and kind. It is very nice to come to my treatments. thank you

I have never been more pleased after a medical appointment

The facility had only 2 handicap parking spots and the once in the lobby of the building there were no chairs. My mother-in-law had to sit on her walker while I parked our car. This delayed entry and exit tremendously. Just a thought.

There sometimes is a wait since the office is so busy, but that is to be expected. Apart from that, my experiences have always been great.

Great customer service and passionate treatment.

Dr. Cochran his nurse and the Radiology tech? were nice, the atmosphere was calm which was appreciated as I was nervous. Dr Cochran explained exactly what he was going to do and as he was doing it, told me where he was putting the medicine into my spine. I felt included. I am a person who likes to know such things so that was good. This is a very nice group, I believe Dr.Cochran can help me and I feel positive that he will do his best to!

I needed an additional test performed before my procedure to insure my safety. They were able to find an INR testing machine in w/s and run the test so I could have the procedure as scheduled

Nurses and drs. were great discussing what was about to happen. The results of the procedure and what to do if something was wrong. Dr. discussed recent labs with me and his concerns. Knowing that he took the extra time not to only look at me records but my labs as well. Support staff in the back made me feel comfortable about the procedure. I visited this place 4 years ago and was disappointed then,this time it was even worse..the office personnel are terrible and really unqualified for there position s.no communication skills whatsoever..dr.cochran was very nice and apologetic,as well as professional and somewhat embarrassed by this whole situation..I have never been to a clinic and treated so badly..if you can't do better than this you may consider closing it...

Dr. Kent Cochran was very professional and cordial. I really liked him. I have had many spinal injections at other facilities, and this was by far the most thorough and well performed procedure. Except for the front desk person who was cordial, the assisting staff and initial interviewer were curt, abrupt and somewhat severe when talking with me. It didn’t feel good.

I was very pleased that my procedure was able to be moved to an earlier appointment. The staff was fantastic!
