The staff members were absolutely wonderful. From the first person who greeted me to the last staff member I spoke with they were very welcoming, kind, friendly, informative, made me feel comfortable and valued. Excellent experience with all the staff members. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The provider has an excellent reputation. I think she knows her area of expertise very well. I trust her knowledge and skill, but I felt like I wasn’t answering her questions correctly, maybe not fast enough, maybe I wasn’t concise enough or misunderstood her questions. I am not sure. I would trust my care to the provider. She did a very thorough evaluation, was knowledgeable, and informative. She was very straightforward and focused. No room for small talk. We are all have different personalities. The main thing is I would trust her with my care.

Dr. Gentile was very professional and provided all the information I needed regarding my diagnosis. She was clear about surgical options, prognosis and anything else I brought up regarding the way forward.

I have recently retired, but prior to I worked in healthcare management for over 30 years. I always used my medical visits as opportunities to learn. Some visits were very poor and most were very good. I would have to rank my visit to the Novant Cancer Center an Dr. Gentile as excellent. If I were still working I would have gone back to my staff bragging about the professionalism and kindness each and everyone in the Novant office extended. I have always believed the patient deserves an experience of helpfulness, trust and compassion. I am thankful for my experience!
