I was well pleased with my visit. There was a fire drill in the building that was a little confusing but the staff were diligent to find out what was going on and get patients to safety.

Provider was ok. Couldn’t provide more information than what my PCP already told me. Don’t know why I had to spend $50 just for him to order a sleep study that my PCP and I already knew he had to order so he can tell me what’s going on. I waited almost 2 months for that?

The doctor and staff was very friendly and they were very professional and I appreciate this.the doctor went over everything concerning sleep apnea and how it would benefit me so thanks a lot.

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful when I called and couldn’t find the building (was my first appt and GPS didn’t get me to the correct building). She was pleasant and helpful even though I was stressed about being late. Eric Hahn, the PA I saw, was very attentive and spent time addressing all the issues I wanted to address, without me feeling rushed.

The provider made me feel at ease about my condition.

My experience with the provider was fine. I was more disappointed to discover that the bathroom had no changing table and I had to breastfeed my son on the toilet and then change his diaper on the floor.

This is my 1st time going to Sleep Medicine. The facility is clean and the environment is warm and people are friendly. Dr Hahn listened to my concerns attentively. He's not in a hurry and showed real concern about my medical issues. I have been diagnosed with anxiety attack. But leaving the facility, I felt that I am in good hands and didn't feel anxious at all. I highly recommend Dr Hahn's services to anybody especially to my family and friends.

I have never felt so comfortable speaking to a doctor before about my sleep apnea. Dr. Eric would be my 3rd now and everything about that appointment is how I wish all my healthcare would be treated. He validated my concerns, dispelled some myths, and even as he arrived to some conclusions others have he did it with care. I appreciate him and the team there because from beginning to end it was a wonderful time.

There appeared to be an entirely different staff but everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Dr. Hahn also provided very helpful information around CPAP supplies including sharing that Novant has a mask fitting service. I’m not sure how long this was available but it was awesome to hear! ?
