I expressed my concerns and they were acknowledged (because he read it in my chart) but after I received my results, he left no follow-up and my concern remains unresolved. Therefore, wasting my time from my busy schedule to get zero answers for my concerns.

Dr Penhall is great. Best family physician I’ve had, period! I had a 3 pm appointment which was on time, sent for an xray at 4 and had the results by 5:30.

The staff, nurses, and Dr. Penhall are amazing. We (my minor child and I ) drive from Huntersville to this location because of the care we receive from Dr. Penhall and the staff at LFP Langtree. My adult son continues to come to this location even though he moved out of my house and lives in Charlotte. I see Dr. Penhall as well. We are thankful for the personalized care we receive. This is the best medical office that I have encountered. Reception staff is friendly and efficient as are the nurses and medical assistants. Dr. Penhall is thorough in his assessments of my health and I am confident in his guidance.

Great experience with every time with Dr. Penhall & his team! Dr. Penhall is always very thorough & knowledgeable!

The receptionists were all very friendly and nice. The nurse was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. She did not make me feel comfortable or seemed to care. I would recommend a nurse who is more inviting and caring. I felt the annual physical was very rushed and not thorough as I had with other doctors in the past especially as a new patient.

The exam and labs were extremely thorough! Also follow up referrals were made for colonoscopy and dermatology as requested. I was also able to get my pneumonia vaccine. Everything was covered.

This was my first visit so I don't truly have enough information yet. I did feel that my concerns were listed to, I feel comfortable with Dr Penhall. I have a few things to talk about yet. Impressed with the speed my new prescription was processed.
