Overall the experience was good but I felt very rushed. I know the doctors are busy but the whole visit was rushed. I felt like I couldn't add any other concerns to the visit other than what I was there to be seen about

Dr Crosby is amazing. She takes time to explain what is going on with your health and what to expect in the future based on testing.

Dr. Crosby is a really great Doctor. So many like her sometimes it's hard to get a appointment with her.

Great examination, conclusion, and recommendations.

Even though it was a busy morning, I was seen in a timely manner and never once felt like staff was rushing me thru the appointment. Each staff member I interacted with during my appointment, from registration desk up to check out, were smiling, friendly and very professional. The staff were very approachable. Dr. Crosby actually took the time to discuss lifestyle changes that I need to work towards to improve my overall long term health. She then provided some examples of factual evidence based starting points I could try that’s had proven results. She didn’t just tell me I need to stop this and send me home having to figure out what to do on my own.

My appointments are always great. Dr. Crosby always listens and has really good feedback. She made referrals immediately for further evaluation. I'm always please with my appointments.

ALWAYS SATISFIED

This was only the second time seeing Dr. Crosby and she was perfect both times. It’s really nice to have Dr. ‘s and nurses listen to you. The nurse that brought me to the exam room, I wish I remembered her name, when she ask me all the medicare questions and any conversing we had she turned and faced me. Most just look at their computers. Dr. Crosby, same way, looks at you when you’re talking to her. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that at other Dr.’s offices. I think this is going to work out fine.

Didn’t like the end of the visit. Dr seemed rushed, said “ok, you’re done” and left the room without any instructions on follow up other than a recommendation of another doctor to see. Healthcare shouldn’t be delivered in an assembly line fashion. Also, if you have a med student sitting in, they should participate not just sit in a corner and watch.

She was very kind, I really liked her, easy to talk to and listened. Very informative!

Dr. Crosby, and all the staff, have consistently treated me with respect and professionalism. This was an especially difficult reason for the appointment and everyone handled the visit with a caring and considerate attitude.

Dr. Crosby listens to me and answers my questions, especially about my lab result abbreviations. She asks if I need prescription refills and discusses any possible side affects. I really like the care she provides and have asked if she would be my daughter’s provider.
