They put my mind at ease. No long wait. My doctor is very knowledgeable and I am comfortable speaking with him.

Everyone was very kind and understood that I was in pretty bad pain. They were extra nice since it was my birthday lol. Dr Patel is very easy to work with as he cares ?

This was my initial visit with Dr. Patel. I feel very comfortable with his abilities to provide my healthcare. I look forward to developing a really good doctor/patient relationship.

My PCP that I saw for many years left the state and I had to find another PCP. Dr. Patel is the physician I picked. This was the second appointment I had with him. I am so so glad he is my doctor now. The way he addresses all of my issues gives me so much confidence that I am now with the right PCP and I see it as a blessing.

We always get great service at this location. We plan to return to this location in the neae future.

The staff at this facility is top notch. Every doctor, nurse, or any other staff nember I have ever dealt with. The only rating of 9 I gave was for privacy because the front desk is such an open area--but staff does seem to manage keeping information private.

The nurse and Dr. Patel were/are very kind and caring. They listened to me and Dr. Patel gave me suggestions and asked questions pertaining to other issues and test I need.

I was not able to get an appointment with my regular doctor. Dr. Patel had an opening so I went to see him. He was very kind and worked with me. He made you feel at ease as if I had been to him before .

Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, communicates well, and is prompt with his responses from the lab about my blood and urine tests.

My original Dr of 20+ years left Novant 3 weeks ago. I was devastated. I called Novant in Gastonia and got the appointment with Dr. Patel. That devastation is now gone. Dr. Patel made me feel so comfortable and confident. I feel very Blessed now to have him as my primary care physician. I will also say the same thing about how I was received in the Gastonia Novant office.
