Dr. Munoz is GREAT! She is ALWAYS kind, attentive, and helpful with her treatment of you as a patient. She has a nice balance of professionalism with personal care. Also, Madison was very nice and helpful as well. She is a very good nurse! Keep up the good work!!

Very nice visit. Everyone could see I did not feel very good, they were very willing to help with whatever they could. This is not my regular physician but I needed to see a dr asap. I really liked her and would use her again.

I want to thank Dr. Munoz for her prompt action and getting me to go to Forsyth Hospital. She was able to interpret my symptoms and recognized that I needed more urgent care. She messaged the ER doctor and my wait time was very minimal when I arrived at the Emergency Room. Due to Dr. Munoz quick and decisive action I started receiving immediate care. I want to praise Dr. Munoz fr the care she provided and the assistance when I arrived at the hospital.

I was confused and somewhat disappointed that she recommended physical therapy before examining my lower back. I always believe that a diagnosis should come prior to recommending a treatment.
