Dr Mason went above and beyond. He was very sympathetic and caring. I was a walk-in at the clinic, so I did not have an appointment with Dr Mason, but he took his lunch hour to personally attend to me.

Dr. Mason was a great support to us during a stressful time after an injury with our toddler. He was thorough, attentive, and kind - especially with our busy 1.5-year-old. The staff at the clinic were also incredibly patient and supportive with kids, creating a comforting environment from check-in to check-out. My husband and I appreciate Dr. Mason’s (and team’s!) expertise and compassionate care.

I loved Dr Mason. He was gentle and kind and looked me in the eye. Was not rushed.

I’m 53 yrs old. This is the first office I’ve been to where my medical concerns were immediately taken care of. No matter who I have seen, or what the condition was, before I left the appointment, a game plan was in place, I knew my next step and EVERYONE was sincerely ready to help me move forward with care/treatment with them ASAP. I didn’t have to make appointments with other facilities for tests, X-rays, MRI, blood work, etcetera. They knew what was right for me and basically fixed, about FIVE of my medical issues within the course of about 6 weeks. Where can you go to have people work that efficiently for you? Also, I felt safe and knew they were working in my best interest.

There are a significant delay checking in and I was told that it was because my appointment was “during lunch”. I’d suggest having coverage at the front desk for the person who is on their lunch break.
