I love the staff here. Everyone is friendly and personable. Even if tasks are not so pleasant, that take the time to phrase the requests in such a way as to put someone at ease.

My experience was a little questionable, the Dr, was pleasant, and showed some concern, he was very distant. I believe it was more of a consultation more than a visit. My experience was okay. I just felt like it was somewhat incomplete.

Great Shin and his staff were great. They even squeezed me in one day when my bladder stopped working due to my blood clot. regular appts were outstanding.

I’m truly grateful that they provided me an interpreter in person over VRI. I hate use VRI, too small screen for me to keep their hand movements for communication. They hire in person interpreter for me and made my appointment went smoothly and able to communicate well with Dr. Shin. Thank you for that.

I am so very thankful for the care, concern, and kindness shown to me by Dr Shin. I did not know a urologist so when my cancer was finally diagnosed I was sent to Dr Shin and he has taken such wonderful care of me. Thank you Dr Shin for everything. All of the folks I have had contact with have been so caring. This includes nurses, chemotherapy sessions, all the procedures, surgeries, doctors and other staff members.

My previous appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge.. I wasn’t aware of this until I came for my appointment. I was told they tried calling; I did not receive a call, text or email of this change. There seems to be an imbalance there. The doctor and staff are Excellent!

I was anxious and having discomfort . First of all they arranged to attend the same day. That was a relief. The doctor was very thorough and attentive. He felt my anxiety and was a good listener. After listening he was caring and assuring, and made good suggestions.
