Richard Shin is 1st rate. Excellent physician, all around good guy. He correctly diagnosed my problem, referred me to a sleep specialist &, by doing so, may have saved my life.

I’m truly grateful that they provided me an interpreter in person over VRI. I hate use VRI, too small screen for me to keep their hand movements for communication. I did not know a urologist so when my cancer was finally diagnosed I was sent to Dr Shin and he has taken such wonderful care of me. Thank you Dr Shin for everything. My previous appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge.. I wasn’t aware of this until I came for my appointment. I was told they tried calling; I did not receive a call, text or email of this change. There seems to be an imbalance there. The doctor and staff are Excellent!

I especially liked how the nurse came into the lobby and walked to where I was sitting to verify my name, then escorted me away from the many others waiting. I asked her how she knew it was me. She replied that the check in clerk wrote a description of the coat I was wearing. Very cool! This is much better than the old days when the nurse appears in the doorway and calls a persons name in a loud voice so everyone in the waiting area hears.

Visits always go smoothly from entire staff.
