We love Dr. Horan and her nurse Amy! Everytime we have a visit, they are both so incredibly helpful and take our concerns into true consideration and are great at listening, being observant, and offering solutions or help as needed.

Dr Stephanie Horan has always listened carefully to my concerns and doesn’t make me feel like she has to rush out the door due to time limits issued by Novant or the insurance company. I drive past 3 offices of the same group just to continue with her care. I will continue using her services.

Dr Horan and her staff are the best. Over 2 -½ years ago she diagnosed me with a gallbladder attack and a nerve issue in my arm and neck on our first meeting. She set me up with a surgeon and followed up after my surgeries. She diagnosed me with possible type 2 diabetes after my spinal fusion . She worked me in to her schedule and set me up with a care plan. I am now off of my diabetes medication and am in great health. She's simply the best!

This was my first visit with Dr. Stephanie Horan. I was impressed with her efficiency, knowledge and commitment to responding to my questions. I also appreciated the care given me by Amy Riggs the nurse.

My appointment was for 345 in the afternoon and I didn’t see the doctor till probably 4:45 in the afternoon. It was memorial day week barely any cars in the yard and I still had to wait to see a doctor for too long. I do appreciate Dr Horan she is super nice and very caring, but my time is valuable as well and every time I have come to this facility I wait more than I should since all the doctors only spend no more than 15 minutes with you.

Why do I have to wait for someone to call me to make an appointment when I could’ve made an appointment right there and then. This had to do with getting a bone scan. The person wasn’t doing anything and I could’ve set it up with her but she just kept telling me someone will call. Didn’t make sense.
