Dr Ross listened to a significant amount of information from me, as this was routine bloodwork visit, but I had additional issues to review. He spent a good amount of time with me during our visit.

My experience with Ross was very comforting. I knew he had looked at my chart and previous blood work, etc. Listened to what I was saying and asked intelligent questions. He explained what follow-up blood work he was ordering and why. I walked away feeling very comfortable able what had been said and done. So many times I leave not sure if I said everything or asked everything; in other words, questioning myself / unsure I had received the care I needed, but I did not feel like that when I left the office last Friday and he has already followed up with me about the blood work that was done and more testing he has ordered.
