Dr. Ferruzzi is very attentive and always excited to swiftly answer any questions I may have. If it’s something she is not familiar with she will look into it and get back to me in a timely manner

I felt so welcomed when I arrived! ( 1st visit) everyone was so personable! Niki and the “ floater “ were beyond anything I have ever seen!!! The Doctor is super informative and I feel so encouraged about my care!

Dr Ferruzzi spent time required to treat my ear. I’m going on a trip and she knew this because I told her. She gave me a strong antibiotic and my ear is feeling better after the second day of medication. I read up on the medication which causes nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and understand symptoms will be worse if I don’t take the full 5 days, as instructed. She told me what to do if the full round of medication did not heal the ear.

On time for appt. Very organized. Everyone was very friendly.

Dr. Morgan E. Ferruzzi and her staff always provide excellent care and advice. They listened intently. Blood Work was expected. My veins are difficult to work with and it took three lab technicians to finally be successful in drawing blood. There was very little bruising.

I had some very real concerns at this stage in my life. I am 61 years old and had concerns about my arthritis, obesity and heart health. Dr. Ferruzzi listened to my issues and gave me her full attention. While I was with her I knew my concerns were taken seriously. Every member has demonstrated a sincere and professional positive attitude in providing quality patient care. As a former caregiver, I can appreciate the efforts that they all put forth in addressing the medical needs of their community. I have been a Novant customer for many years as has several family and grandkids. Recently transferred my care to Lakeside due to closer access and I couldn't be more pleased ?.
