It was great to meet Doctor Ferruzzi and I am confident about putting my care in her hands.

Dr.Ferruzzi was extremely personable. She listened attentively to my concerns and come up solutions that best fit my specific needs. The whole visit she made me feel very comfortable and heard. She follow up on my labs very quickly. I am very happy to have her as my new PCP.

Dr. Ferruzzi has a gift for listening carefully, answering questions, and seeking solutions for each issue I have. Speaking as an old lady, under Dr. Ferruzzi’s care, I feel I have the one on one attention as well as the most up to date medical knowledge I need to meet my needs.

Dr. Morgan E. Ferruzzi and her staff always provide excellent care and advice. They listened intently. Blood Work was expected. My veins are difficult to work with and it took three lab technicians to finally be successful in drawing blood. There was very little bruising.

I had some very real concerns at this stage in my life. I am 61 years old and had concerns about my arthritis, obesity and heart health. Dr. Ferruzzi listened to my issues and gave me her full attention. While I was with her I knew my concerns were taken seriously. I have referred other friends to her in the past and will continue to do so.

Dr. Ferruzzi is very skilled, confident and efficient. She is very friendly, listens and provides excellent patient care. Followup is immediate. The office staff and nurse were smiling, friendly and professional. (I have worked in clinical/director positions in hospitals for 30 years and I am impressed with Lakeside Family Physicians).

Every member has demonstrated a sincere and professional positive attitude in providing quality patient care. As a former caregiver, I can appreciate the efforts that they all put forth in addressing the medical needs of their community. I have been a Novant customer for many years as has several family and grandkids. Recently transferred my care to Lakeside due to closer access and I couldn't be more pleased ?.
