Alexa Bernstein is an excellent provider, she listens and offers her expertise. It's been a long time since I've had a Dr I can trust the way I do Dr Bernstein. And the nurses rock too!!!!

I have always been treated with great respect and care here. Everyone is friendly and I tell everyone I know just how blessed I am to have such knowledgeable and welcoming doctors and staff to care for me.

I was given same day appointment, which I really needed, and everyone was pleasant and very kind.

This was my daughter and my first appointment here. We have been with Caromont for YEARS. We felt the need to make a change when it became increasingly difficult to make appointments as well as communication issues with the doctor and office once our appointments were made. We also had a rough time being heard by our doctor. So far, Novant has far surpassed Caromont in all categories. Thank you!

I can not give this practice enough praise! From the moment I walked In the door, everyone was wonderful. The nurse that brought me back was wonderful. She took the time to ask and put on all my Information. Believe me that wasn’t an easy task. The doctor spent time with me and listened. I finally feel heard and not just another patient.

Don't change anything

As a first time patient, my experience could not have been improved upon. Everyone was great!

Great doctors

This was absolutely, the best visit I have ever had to a healthcare provider. For once, someone listened instead of trying to push every kind of new pill, drug, and procedure that is available. Alexa realizes some of us do have a working immune system. Alexa Bernstein was friendly while being professional and will receive many referrals from me. She will be hearing from my wife soon.

I just want to say that everyone was helpful and friendly from scheduling my appointment to my medical assistant and provider. The MA who's name I can't remember unfortunately was super thorough and kind. Alexa Bernstein is one of the best PA's I've ever been treated by. Please give them both a raise and kudos!
