It was good

My medical needs were met. Results from the treatment were immediately positive. This was my second treatment for spine-related pain. I have not needed to return for a second treatment on the right side of my back that I received at the end of January.

Dr. Dalal and staff were extremely helpful. They calmed my fears.

Everyone was professional yet very compassionate and friendly.

Everyone was courteous and answered all my questions. The doctor explained everything during our consultation and then also during the procedure. I was very comfortable and the procedure was basically pain free.

Dr. Dalal is excellent in going over the procedure ahead of time and letting the patient know exactly what he is going to do do and what the patient should expect.

My experience was excellent. I was nervous about the treatment that I was going to receive. The doctor was caring, professional and put me at ease. The nurses and PA were equally as interested in me and my health.

The staff and physician were kind but seemed to be just about business. The nurse did not really greet me or ask me if I had any questions PRIOR to a procedure. The doctor not only had a softspoken voice, but also spoke with an accent which was a little difficult to understand and he did not ask me if I had any questions After the procedure nor did he speak to me after it was over to tell me what my restrictions were for the evening or thereafer IF there were any. I will not be back.

Everyone was very curious, and helpful. Dr Dallas was very informative, kind and helpfu. I have not had any pain since the procedure! Iam very thankful and grateful he is my doctor!

The doctor was very calming as I was a bit nervous about getting a steroid injection in sacrum. He was so easy, I wouldn't have known as to what point in procedure he was, if he hadn't told me as we went. Everyone was very professional, friendly from check in to check out and all the people in between.

I have been so pleased with my treatment at the Spine Center that I have recommended it to others. One new patient who came in when I was there said she had trouble finding the location due to lack of signage out front.

I am so happy I went to see Dr. Dalal. He was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and asked good questions. He went over the results of an MRI I had last June. My previous doctor had not done this. He showed me exactly what the issue was that was causing my pain, and then discussed treatment options. I was able to get a follow-up appointment for treatment much faster than I had expected. Best doctor I have seen in a very long time.
