The delay was about twenty minutes. Once in the room I learned the CMA was working alone with two providers that day. She did not rush the process and did apologize for the delay. The provider was so nice and was willing to answer my questions and help guide me through the process.

They were very informed about my condition and what medications would interact was all done before I got there very impressive the whole staff was very friendly
