Excellent care- excellent healthcare people-

Check-in was easy and the receptionist was very pleasant. Dr. Erin Kersey is amazing. She is patient and will discuss your concerns with you. She explains all that needs an explanation. Her positive attitude makes you feel upbeat yourself. I feel that I have been well cared for by the end of my time with Dr. Kersey. The staff that works along with Dr. Kersey are also very kind caring.

Called with no appointment, worked me right in same day within 2 hrs.

This was a pleasant experience but I know they are short on time with each patient. MyChart is helpful for extra questions I guess. I appreciate her always responding.

Been to this Novant location for little over a year now. Erin and staffs are just wonderful. I have seen so many doctors and mostly think is “all in my head” when the real issue was my body extremely low in iron. Erin never gives up on me. She is great listener and truly care for her patients. My husband and I, we both are under her care. Very grateful finally found a great team, specially Erin!!

I know I can be stubborn sometimes, but my nurse and my doctor were very considerate and always very polite and understanding and all their personal is wonderful. Always treat you with highest respect and I will always recommend them to all my family.

Dr Kersay has been my PCM since I moved here in 2018. She is outstanding provider. She ALWAYS makes sure that I am comfortable with my plan for care. When I have a question I send a My Chart message and she always answers it as soon as time permits. She is quite frankly the best and I would definately recommend to someone looking for an outstanding PCM.
