Took me 3 months at least to get in. I saw Jennifer and she was nice, but it was a very quick visit. She prescribed 3 different meds. According to the walgreen's, they did not receive the prescription that day of the visit. I stopped twice at walgreen's first day. Second day I called Jennifer and I was on hold for 48/49 minutes, no one picked up the phone. I called the second time and explained my situation. An hour later, walgreen's called me and they had prescription called in for 2 meds. The third med was never called in. I sent an email to Jeniffer though my chart. I believe I didn't hear from anyone. I am going to check my chart today again. From 3 meds prescribed , I am using only one. The second was too expensive, the third was never called in , according to walgreen's. I guess I am going physically stop by today. I have a follow up with Jennifer in 4 weeks, but no meds, no follow up. Leida Chister

Jennifer Lopez was a new medical staff to me, made me feel welcome & at ease, was knowledgeable, thorough and kind.

Dr. Lopez was great and explained everything she was doing thoroughly. The number of reminder texts about the appt. were too many, I had confirmed and checked in online and received multiple a day.

Even though the doctor did not understand why I have the skin issued I do, she did not ignore them. Instead she addressed them, and treated them.

Dr. Lopez is amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I HAD EVERYTHING i needed to get better. Tremendous customer service on her part
