I felt all interactions with staff members and Dr. Bridger were professional and complete. My privacy was protected. I was also afforded time to discuss my concerns and follow up plans were developed. My annual visit was scheduled before leaving the office.

Effective and efficient

The only problem I had was the prescription was a compound. Only a few pharmacies can make them, but they sent my prescription to CVS which does not make them. I had to call your office several times to have my prescription moved to a compounding pharmacy, and call again when I got there and was told they had not received the prescription.

I had been contacted by someone in the office about a second round of labs 1 month after the first, because of renal disease concerns. When I brought this up with doctor, he didn't know what I was talking about, and told me not to do the additional labs. It seems to me something in my lab results elicited concern in someone.

Very disappointed in this zoom interaction. I've done this before and the doctors actually acted like they cared but not Dr Bridger. I realize he was not my regular doctor but he did not even know my history. I will decline any future interactions from this Dr
