Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked through the door through the time I left. The check in process was quick and efficient, the office was clean and organized, bright and cheery. The nurse was very sweet, I had to wait a little bit and she came in to see if I’d like a drink or needed anything. Dr. Malus had clearly gone over my previous medical history before meeting me which gave me a feeling of comfort, like my health and arthritis care were already a priority for him. He asked lots of questions, listened when I spoke, made sure I understood everything we discussed and said he would get back with me after working with my GI Dr to come up with the best plan to treat both of my autoimmune diseases in tandem. I feel like Dr. Malus may actually be able to make me feel better! I would recommend him to others, without hesitation, who are in need of finding a great rheumatologist. Best Novant practice I have ever been to. Worth the hour drive from my home.

Dr. Malus & literally the ENTIRE staff here are exceptional. My mother had a malfunctioning portable oxygen concentrator. They brought out an O2 tank, got her vitals, and even Dr. Malus checked on her. The team de-escalated the situation so my mom could stay calm. My mother feels heard in this office. The office runs very efficiently. Everything is explained very well. No surprises. Dr. Malus is incredibly patient, kind, thorough, and caring. Thank you all so much for your dedication to your patients.
