This practice is staffed by caring, skilled professionals. Novant could use this practice as a role model and be well served. Dr. Spencer was, as always, everything you could want in a family doctor. The nurse and the lab technician treated me as a person as well as a patient. I came away knowing I'd had excellent care and a good overview of how to stay as healthy as possible in the future.

Dr. Spencer is a truly gifted primary care physician. He is professional and never makes me feel less than completely comfortable. He is also a very good listener and he is never condescending no matter the observation.

I recently moved to NC from GA. I had the greatest team of physicians there and was almost more sad about leaving them than leaving my home from birth state. I was apprehensive about find the same care and feel but I think I have with Dr Stephenson and this practice. Everyone is so pleasant and to me that almost seems as important as anything else. I do feel I am getting excellent medical care at this time.

There was a trainee there that greeted me, her smile lit up the room and put me at ease from the moment is got there. Here name was Judith. The nurse who took my blood listened carefully and did a great job as well! Great doctor and staff!

Dr Spencer takes the time to LISTEN and is thoughtful with his treatment- doesn't just prescribe- he also describes why he is treating as he is. He is warm and positive as is all his staff. And he takes my concerns seriously.

All in the office are professional and focused on you from the time you enter till you leave. Doctor listens and answers all questions. Happy with this practice.

I often feel rushed or that the doctor’s time is rushed. Dr. Spencer is excellent at reviewing things and asking questions. He’s great about answering my questions as well but sometimes if I make him aware of something new that I’m experiencing, the protocol seems to be that I need to make a new appointment to address the new ailment unless it’s pertinent to the current appointment. Other than that I have absolutely no concerns or complaints. I truly enjoy meeting with my doctor and his support staff. Really good people.

I moved to the north side of Greensboro. I regard this office and provider (Dr. Spencer) worth the drive to 400 Jonestown Rd. I’m always pleased and feel like I’m in good hands there. I’m listened to, I’m cared for, I’m a person and not just a medical record number.

Very little wait time. Staff easy to talk to and professional. Dr. Spencer is easy to talk to, has a wonderful manner, and I trust his judgment concerning my recentt medical issue. I never feel rushed.
