this was the best visit had with Dr Reed. I felt it was the most complete and attentive one in 2 -1/2 years of use.

They all are very professional and courteous! Extremely knowledgeable too!

Unfortunately it is surprising when you get an afternoon appointment and the doctor actually sees you on time - this happens here. Refreshing

I felt like Dr. Reed was not interested in having me as a patient. Kelly the nurse was friendly, warm, and great, but I am already looking for a different PCP. Not planning to go back to Dr. Reed.

Doctor Sercus was truly exceptional, So very impressed with her care. Also, nurse Peter (from Greece) was so professional. He indeed kept me informed and was the best nurse I've ever had. Love this Mint Hill location, organized and exceptionally clean with very friendly welcoming staff!

I'm a patient of Dr. James T. Reed. He's always very professional, and attentive to my medical needs. He also keeps me up to date on any future medical needs that I need to schedule. The staff is very friendly, and professional.

The physician was very rough, to the point that I said ouch when he tried to feel the lump I was complaining about in my arm and then said he didn't feel any nodule. A NP at Church had felt it and recommended I have it looked into, because it was causing pain and sometimes numbness in my fingers! Then he "jerked" my arm up to test the mobility of my shoulder! I will not see this doctor again. Which leaves me seeking another primary again. The one I had for 23 years left Novant, the next one retired after my one visit, and the last one was moved to a new location!

Felt like i was being rushed by my doctor. I’m looking for another doctor. I won’t be back.

Dr. Reed and the assistant were very professional, as always.

Dr Reed absolutely rushed the whole appointment and did not address any of my concerns. As soon as he entered the room he yawned and only spent a few minutes during which he did not manage to address any of my health concerns. I will absolutely be searching for a different PCP. I would not recommend Dr Reed to anyone.

This group of people were the nicest, most courteous, outgoing, wonderful staff I've been to. I've been a Chiropractor for 42 years and am still in active practice and can tell you Mint Hill Novant is the place to go.

I would Appreciate if the staff take off pounds for your shoes, and clothes. Thank you..
