Good staff

From the time of arriving to finishing my time at Novant Ortho, it was a 10 out of 10 appointment. Efficient, knowledgeable and super kind…..the entire staff and Dr. Daws were simply wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone to Novant / Dr. Daws. She addressed my concerns and did a fabulous job of walking me through what the findings were and how she would treat / correct the problem. I so appreciate her expertise and I have 100% confidence in her recommendations in addressing my issues. Thank you!

Very good and familiar

I have noticed when reading visit summaries from various medical appointments that some things stated are not even subjects that were brought up. This visit was no exception. Perhaps doctors are being asked to do more than they can do in the time allotted? It would be better to omit information than to get it wrong...on record.

I was so impressed with my health care at novant Orthopedic in High Point. Dr. Snow Daaws was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and quickly assessed my problem and how to fix my problem. She put me in a air boot and already I'm feeling so much better. I am so pleased with the health care that I received.

I am the spouse of your patient. He was very happy with the care in which he received regarding his toe. Had it not been for your quick response to his urgent need, he'd still be upset and in a confusion of pain. I want to personally thank you for taking great care of my husband.

Dr Daws was a welcome relief after the other 4 providers I'd seen for my feet problem. She listened, examined, made recommendations, & designed a plan going forward so I feel like I am at least taking steps towards healing. The entire staff from check-in to check-out were all delightful!

Dr. Daws came in with a copy of my foot ex-ray, taken back in September. She was very informative about what is going on with my right foot, and if I have the pain again, to contact her. She was sooo caring. ??
