I have never had a problem going to a Novant doctor or any of the nurses and staff. I have always been treated kindness and respect

I talked to her for a while...she was patient, wise, gave me options regarding my care and medication, and I felt I was treated 'like friend'. Rarely does that ever happen with a health care provider!!! I am thankful to have her as my NP.

I would like to add a small commendation to the practice! I was scheduled for 2 post-surgery visits with different parts of the department (it was a pacemaker implant that I received and I was scheduled to see both electrical and a nurse) at two separate times (1:15 and 3:45), therefore I was planning to spend the whole afternoon there. Long story short - the staff managed to see me at the same time and cut my visit short! Plus, everyone that I had dealings with was quite nice and knew what they were doing!
