Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She handled all of my questions with a high level of professionalism and explained everything in a way that made perfect sense to me. What really stood out was how she patiently walked me through the details of an upcoming TEE scheduled for September 1st. Her step-by-step guidance gave me a clear understanding of what to expect. I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and assistance.

Shannon was knowledgible about my case when she entered the room, but she also did some research during the visit to answer some very specific questions that came up. She offered her opinion on where to get treatment for specific problems; i.e., which doctor to consult.
