Front desk was friendly and helpful at check in. Dr. Gavigan made me feel at ease regarding our surgery discussion. He was very knowledgeable and he listened to all my concerns. I really liked him and plan on proceeding with surgery. The office was very nice! Highly recommend.

Dr. Anjan Chakrabarty is an exceptional-knowledgeable and caring physician. Very efficient-responsive in providing quick responses in patient portal- to questions -medical reports-tests, etc. Dr. Chakrabarty is accessible and provides excellent medical guidance. I was forgotten in the waiting room. I arrived at 2:30pm. My appointment was at 2:50pm and I finally went up to the reception desk at 3:25pm and asked if the surgeon was running late. They said no. I said I have been here since 2:30pm. They asked me what time my appointment was and I told them 2:50pm. They had forgotten me. Then I was called by the nurse and she had no idea why I was there. She asked if I was there for a recheck from Gallbladder SX. I was shocked. I had to tell her I had a Gastric Sleeve. She then said, ohhh Bariatric. By this time I was fuming. This has never happened before so needless to say I was a bit shocked.

Everyone from the receptionist, nurse and Dr Gavigan were absolutely wonderful. I am beyond thankful for the Dr's kindness before my emergency surgery. He explained everything and I felt safe and comfortable with concern about doing what was to create the best possible outcome.
