Excellent, professional care from entire staff

Dr. Jing was very thorough and helpful concerning my balance issues. I am very thankful to have her on my care team.

Dr. Jiang is a excellent doctor

Our neurologist seemed angry with us. My husband was given a prescription by someone else with the option to take 1 to 4 pills as needed. He chose 2, and since the RX was written to take only 1, he ran out early and could not get a refill. Our GP wrote a script for 50 mg instead of 25 so he could take 1 (1 50 instead of 2 25’s) on a 90 day script. Your neurologist actually said well if he is writing scripts for you why are you even here? We also told her we did not agree with the diagnosis from MARS and she said well I can’t help you with that so go to Duke for more answers. Total failed appointment!

Dr. Jiang & all the staff could not have been nicer.

I'm waiting for the results of bloodwork taken after my meeting with Dr. Jiang. I'm still unclear about what I need to do to lessen the impact of my peripheral neuropathy, or even if further tests might suggest what I have is something entirely different. I had two appointments postponed before I met with Dr. Jiang - once by her and once by me because I was having a shoulder surgery. I'm not sure if I should be taking medication for my condition and I'm not scheduled to see Dr. Jiang for another year.

Every one was polite and respectful and listened.

The nurse that did my weight was really nice. The assistant that checked me out was really nice and conversation exchange was great.

Not completely knowing what to expect from a Neurologist, except for using the internet for info, Dr. Jiang was helpful. After listening to my problems and performing a couple of tests, I was advised that I need to see a Vascular physician for the burning and tingling in different parts of my body and vein concerns. I appreciate her honesty, time spent and not ordering unnecessary tests. Back to the "Drawing Board".

I had to wait months for an appointment. Office location was too far away.

Appointments need to be scheduled closer together to take care of my health so that I don't continue to suffer in the interim between appointments times. 6 to 12 weeks is not acceptable to my problem

I feel safe and think that this facility is going to give me the care I've been needing for a long time and find the problems I'm having.

Dr. Jiang was very thorough and concerned about my well-being. She delved deep into my situation and is doing her best to remedy my health problems. Her staff, especially, Amber were professional, compassionate, and caring. I highly recommend this provider.
