I have a few things going on in my life that I need Doctors Care. Dr Freeman is very thorough willing to help in any way he can. I really like my care under his leadership.

Dr. Friedman is an excellent physician and always friendly and professional.

Great care by Dr. Freidman

I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment. When the doctor finally came in the exam was minimal and felt rushed. The doctor did not seen fully interested in hearing my symptoms or fully discussing my conditions. Reading back over the summary notes after my appointment I realized that incorrect information was entered for my primary complaint, which further added to the concerns I was already feeling from the in-person exam.

Dr. Friedman is very nice and I appreciate his taking the time to have a dialogue about health issues especially when I know they are under a time crunch for visits.

I had a great experience,,the only thing was that I asked for a call back on my lab test because I was having trouble accessing my chart and no one gave me a call back , I was finally able to log on and find out , other than that everyone was great

The appointment did run a little late. The only privacy issue is that you can hear through the walls.

Dr Roy, is an incredible Dr. He listened to my needs, understood my concerns and is working with me to get me back on the right track with my health. You don’t find many doctors that will do that and he went over and beyond. You have an amazing doctor who cares working for Novant!

Dr. Friedman is the best- my entire family and my friends now go to him per my recommendation and they have a full circle of nuttiness and he is curing them all- one by one. His office assistant / LPN is a fireball, quirky individual who runs his practice extremely efficient. Please don’t ever transfer either one of these folks or I will protest in front of Autumn Hall by myself like the old days !!

I have been very pleased with the doctors and staff at Autumn Hall/Novant and the Urgent Care services provided there.

My Hospitalist, Amit Datta, was very impressive. Even though I spent over 2 days in the ER, he dedicated time to support our family. He was comforting at a time that brought so much uncertainty. He set a high standard that will be difficult to reach.

Dr. Friedman was great. I started trying to get an appointment in May and had to wait until September Have an issue with scheduled follow up which is in your computer for March 2026 instead of 2025.

Dr. Friedman and his staff listened to my concerns and immediately started test, blood work, changed medication and referred me to specialist to further eliminate any other things going on with my symptoms.
