Dr Needell was very helpful and following my exam explained blood work results to me. He is very professional but also personable as well.

It is always a delight to visit Dr James Needell. He is nice and professional and listen very carefully to his patients.

In the hectic world we live in today, it’s easy to feel like you're constantly on autopilot and busy, following the same routines, visiting your doctor, and repeating the cycle. But when you encounter a team like Dr. Needell and his nurse (I apologize for forgetting her name), it’s a different experience. You feel truly cared for, listened to, and their warmth and humor make you forget the stress you came in with. These small gestures have a huge impact. I left feeling better, even knowing I still have to see a specialist. Probably this review seems extreme, but believe me, when you're in such a need and God send you people like that, you will understand why I am appreciating them that much. Thank you, really!

Dr. Revis has always been a wonderful physician, and I was so pleased that her colleague, Dr. Needell, was just as helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice (and have) to anyone looking for comprehensive and compassionate care in the Charlotte area.

Dr. Needle showed that he valued my time by being on time, answering my questions first, spending the amount of time necessary to address my concerns and perform the necessary examinations. He listened attentively. Dr. Needle has a way of explaining things that makes me feel respected as opposed to talked down to like with many other doctors. He also handled me gently and ensured that I was comfortable. His care for patients is clearly demonstrated. This is not something I get to say often -- I highly recommend this doctor! Our family physician abruptly left Novant and left his patients in a mess. Now our whole family comes here and we love Dr. Needell but not our experience with the other physician was the best. If we would have seen the other doctor first, then we would all go elsewhere.

This was my first time appointment. I was looking for a physician and I believe Dr. Needle will be my provider. He was kind and patience and excellent bedside manners He showed empathy and was compassionate. He was thorough during the office visit. He asked how he could help and what I needed from him. I was impressed on the first visit. Front desk staff was nice as well as check out.

Dr. Needell provides exceptional care.

Dr. Needell checks all of the boxes. Warm, funny, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He put me at ease immediately and was completely engaged and actively listening to me. My former PCP of 30 years retired this year and I never thought I'd luck into another Dr. that great but I really struck gold twice with Dr. Needell. Entire staff was also amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything about my experience was great!

As a provider, Dr. Needell is always attentive and respectful in listening to my health concerns. In other words, I never feel dismissed. He also engages my opinion in his concluding assessment and plan of care.

Dr.Needell and the staff were awesome. Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr.Needell's nurse was very friendly, even remembered that I like to travel a lot and asked me how my travels were going. Dr.Needell is very very approachable and so easy to discuss
