Dr. Crook has been a wonderful oncologist. I respect her opinion & I feel very fortunate to have her in my life. Not only is she caring but she is thorough & consistent in her attention to details that matter to a cancer patient. She also has a great sense of humor & I consider that a great asset in a doctor!

This was the first time I had been in the oncology department since my husband passed from lung cancer in July. I was in tears and my nurse took extra time and care to assist me so that she could continue to prepare me for my exam. I can’t remember her name but I commend her for her patience and empathy during this difficult time for me. Dr Crook was also patient as I continued to struggle with this devastating situation.

I always have a good visit. Everyone is always polite and friendly. I plan to continue to see my Dr. at the facility. I have always had good visits.

My experience has been exceptional. EVERYONE has been kind and caring. My husband and I have felt comfortable asking questions and having them answered. Our stress levels and worries have been eased by the caring and compassionate staff members at all facilities I have gone to.

The staff was very friendly and the dr took time and about what I needed to know had a good appointment

My Provider provided excellent care. The front end staff did not seem to be considered of my time. The nursing staff seemed a bit confused and unorganized while assigning me to see the doctor. After my visit with the doctor we were never told that signing up for my next appointment would be scheduled in a different area. Now the set up at the breast center has changed, maybe it would be a good idea to let your patients know what would come after the visit.

Upon arrival ladies at check in were not attentive to others waiting in line to check in . They were just talking to each other. When the one that was checking in a patient was finished that's when they acknowledged that I was waiting and they all said to come to either one of them.
