It was the most efficient appointment I have ever had to a medical office. Check-in, meeting with the nurse, meeting with the doctor, x-ray tech and check-out were all done in 20 minutes. It was amazing!

We have been very happy with Novant since moving to the area two years ago

Felt rushed by nurses, assistants. They erroneously came into my exam room & the room next to me. My Covid test was done twice. I was there for a sore throat but the focus seemed to be on Medicare wellness visit. Dr Sheatsley was patient and treated me with respect as usual.

The dr talked to me and explained everything to me . I really liked and appreciated the Dr. He is Number 1. And I really like he. Number 10

Dr Sheatsley did not spend more than eight minutes with me. Very rushed. This was my “Annual Medicare Wellness visit”. He wants to see me twice a year now. We live in an extremely fast growing area with a shortage of medical professionals. It is difficult for new residents to establish themselves as patients. Unnecessary appointments could be one of the reasons.
