I got an emergency appointment for , a bad cold, long story short she had me transported from her office to Forsyth Med as Pneumonia case, would not let me drive home. Still in the hospital. This is 10 star service! As good as it gets!!!

One hour after I made the appointment, I received a call from my dr’s nurse. They wanted to know about my problem in case it was needed to go to the hospital right away. Fortunately it wasn’t necessary. GREAT service!!! The medical team I see in Novant is THE BEST! Please make sure you keep it up!!!

Patient, caring, understanding and provided a good outcome

I was very pleased with my visit. She answered a lot of my questions and concerns I had with my test results from the visit with the ER and hospital. She explained in detail my test results and recommended a follow up with a cardiologist. She was very thorough.
