Front desk needs to be alert when someone walks up to desk, even though they have their head down and working. You can’t be so engrossed in what you’re doing that loose focus on what’s going on around you and your primary responsibility.

My NP Joseph gray was the first family care practitioner to actually care about the whole me. He listened to me and showed genuine concern for my situation and needs. Can't believe he gave me so much of his time! My neighbor recommended Joseph because he received the same level of care.

At the age of 81, my health is failing. Michael Gray has either diagnosed my illnesses or referred me to ones that can help me. He is a real asset to your health organization. Additionally, he is better skilled than some doctors.

I trust and really like this practice. I moved from another practice to this one bc of the way they dealt with my husband. This practice is awsome. I think every one in kernersville should go here!! I can't praise them enough. The people here treat u like family, not a patient. Michael Gray is awsome and treats u like u r the most important person in the world and wants to help. He treats u like family. We use first names and is very informal so u dont even feel like u r at a doctors appointment!! Michael is the best!! He really is!! Our family loves him!!

I had an appointment with Novant Cardiology May 2rd as well as this follow up appointment on the 7th. Both appointments were the same. I waited in the waiting room to be called. Then waited for the PA just for them to listen to my heart and lungs. I could have just gone to one appointment

I was a patient of Dr Gray at his previous practice. I chose to follow him.

I feel my provider did not listen to my concerns about the level of pain I am in. After I explained my self treatment since my injury happened and advised him it was no longer working he prescribed the same medication that I was already taking. I'm not sure where the disconnect is.

I can truly say this is the best experience I’ve had in a hospital. The staff is wonderful and very efficient. Thank you
