Most professional and caring individuals I have ever dealt with.

I felt that the scheduled 30 minutes for a new patient with complex problems was not enough time. I’m sure we went over that allotted time, but it still seemed a bit rushed. I liked the NP as she seemed very smart and knowledgeable. I would have preferred a doctor, but due to scheduling, it was quicker to get in to see the NP. She did seem to kindly listen to what I had to say. I looked forward to follow-up visits.

Everyone was very kind and considerate. I do feel that I was plugged into a formula and met the criteria and then released from care when I met the criteria. I feel that I have to figure out on my own how to meet the criteria set by a formula that is generic to all stroke patients. I would love to see a doctor who considers individual reasons for strokes and considers all methods for recovery and prevention

Friendly and professional.

I was so pleased with the Pharmacist and my doctor. Both were thorough with a plan to continue a goal for normal living. My plan is to follow with my pcp and Neuro follow-up.

My provider, Jamie, was totally amazing. Explained everything in a way that I could understand. Explained my most recent stroke and my past stroke in detail where other providers had not. It was a very positive experience.
