I had an excellent experience with Nadirah. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. What stood out the most was how well she listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. She explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable provider who truly cares about her patients.

All of the Staff were professional and very pleasant. I would like to commend Alexis for OUTSTANDING Service and EXTRAORDINARY Measures. She is one of the few Staff I have encountered in ANY facility who aided me in advocacy for myself. She was attentive. She made note of the details that were important to me She was NOT ONLY patient BUT ALSO kind. She was STELLAR in her care and I am grateful I encountered her during my visit.

I was highly pleased with my experience with Dr. Keith! She was so helpful and informative with all of my questions and concerns. The most important part was how comfortable she made me feel. I’m so thrilled to have her as my new PCP! Everyone in the office was a true pleasure.

I was so at ease to see Dr.Keith she listened to all of my concerns and was very helpful. I actually booked another appt with her so she can be my new primary care physician. She is very bright, and has a warm personality! Felt very cared for during my appointment 10/10

I’m still waiting on a prescription. I’ve been out of my medicine for a week, and nobody there seems concerned or in any kind of rush to get the situation resolved. I probably won’t be back to Novant ever again.

The NP was really compassionate and listened to me.

The Provider I seen was not my regular doctor, I was amazed, she listened and provided results. She did not brush off my concerns, And I did not feel embarrassed to speak about any health issues. I want to follow her wherever she goes for my care. I would suggest her to anyone.

I came to the South End location after having a very unprofessional experience at the Novant South Park Urgent Care location. The South End Team were fantastic.

I just loved Nadirah! So energetic, pleasant, well informed. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever needed to. The staff was also so nice, helpful, very welcoming!

I came in feeling absolutely wretched and the doctor diagnosed the issue so quickly and got me the medications I needed. I was feeling better by dinner.
