This is one of the best doctors offices I have been too in MY LIFE! thank you for always making me feel so comfortable! 10/10 The staff and all the doctors are amazing! We are excited to bring my daughter on board ☺️

I was so at ease to see Dr.Keith she listened to all of my concerns and was very helpful. I actually booked another appt with her so she can be my new primary care physician. She is very bright, and has a warm personality! Felt very cared for during my appointment 10/10

I’m still waiting on a prescription. I’ve been out of my medicine for a week, and nobody there seems concerned or in any kind of rush to get the situation resolved. I probably won’t be back to Novant ever again.

The Provider I seen was not my regular doctor, I was amazed, she listened and provided results. She did not brush off my concerns, And I did not feel embarrassed to speak about any health issues. I want to follow her wherever she goes for my care. I would suggest her to anyone.

I came to the South End location after having a very unprofessional experience at the Novant South Park Urgent Care location. The South End Team were fantastic.

I just loved Nadirah! So energetic, pleasant, well informed. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever needed to. The staff was also so nice, helpful, very welcoming!

I came in feeling absolutely wretched and the doctor diagnosed the issue so quickly and got me the medications I needed. I was feeling better by dinner.

This was perhaps the best experience I’ve had at Novant since Dr. Thomas Parker retired years ago. Nadirah Keith listened to me, explained what was being prescribed and more importantly why. She didn’t just throw drugs at me and tell me to take them.

She is very nice.
