I love Dr. Bates. Everytime I have come she has made me feel comfortable and heard and she makes me not feel crazy about the symptoms that I am having and offers solutions for them. I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else!

I was treated in a very kind & professional manner by everyone there - from Dr. Bates, her nurse, the phlebotomist, to the cheerful young woman who checked me in & out (front office). Everyone there was knowledgeable & had answers to my health questions. I was also explained how my insurance coverage applies to certain visits/procedures.
